These products are completely made by hand from scratch - we are NOT a big company cranking this stuff out with machinery and synthetic ingredients.

Please also note that emails asking about when your order will ship or when it will arrive only slow us down in our shipping times. Answering heavy emails daily is difficult. Please know that we are working daily to ship orders and for a small business, we do have an amazing 48-72 hour turnaround on most orders! We understand the urgency that many feel in getting their products and we assure you that we are working overtime every day of the week to keep products in stock and shipping as quickly as possible!

**A note on our shipping options**

For those using the Parcel Post shipping alternative, please be aware that Parcel Post shipping is the slowest and it normally takes about 6-10 business days to arrive after we ship it. The Parcel Post shipping option is cheaper because it's SLOW.  Thank you!  :)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WELCOME

For international customers, we do indeed ship outside of the USA with fair and reasonable shipping rates as quoted to us through the US Postal service. We offer Air Mail delivery (4-10 business days to *most* locations). We ship to Europe, UK, most of Asia, Australia, Canada, and a few other countries. All international orders must be paid in full in advance and in US dollars only. We are not responsible for any duty/tax on items arriving in foreign destinations. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL ORDERS AS THEY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. If you have an International order, and choose the overnight option, we will ship it the fastest way possible, but cannot guarantee delivery.

International orders are not guaranteed against loss or damage.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using the USPS Express Mail Overnight shipping option, (within the USA ONLY), your order will be processed and *usually* shipped within 48 business hours. If you live in a big city or a major suburb, your order will then be received before 3pm of the day following shipping. We DO NOT ship orders on the weekends, and when demand for our products is exceedingly high, we will do everything we can to ship your order immediately upon receipt (unless you pay with an e-check), but we do not guarantee the 48 hour turnaround time on Express orders. We also cannot control the delivery times of the US Postal System, so please be patient with their service. During peak holiday mailing times, we do sometimes see delays in delivery of even Express orders. Take any issues of delay up with your local Post Office

We do not accept returns on personal care products. We work hard to keep our products clean and fresh and we will never re-use product once shipped to someone else.
